What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: quote requests (name, email, phone, address/town, system details), listing claims, and contact messages. The grant checker runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

No tracking

We don't use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to you and help arrange installer quotes.
• If you consent on the quote form, we may share your request with up to 3 installers on Suffolk County's approved list so they can contact you.
• We don't sell your information.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored with Cloudflare and emailed to the site operator via our email provider (Resend). Each request includes a timestamp and basic technical info (like approximate country) for spam prevention.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. To access or delete your data, or withdraw consent, use the contact form.
